Completed in 2009 by Southland Contracting, the Zachary Scott Wastewater Tunnel Project consisted of the excavation of approximately 3,666 linear feet of 52-inch tunnel by Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) for 36-inch Fiberglass Reinforced Polymer Mortal (FRPM) pipe. Project includes three manholes, two junction boxes, and one 10 ft Wet Well.
