Completed in 2003 by Southland Contracting, the Wylie Water Treatment Plant II Enhance Coagulation Project consisted of installing approximately 73.5 linear feet of 120-inch tunnel, 432 linear feet of 108-inch tunnel, two shafts, and one rib shaft.
