Completed in 1992 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Wylie – Rockwall Farmersville 30” Treated Water Pipeline project consisted of the installation of approximately 3,450 linear feet of 30-inch Class 150 and 18,350 linear feet of 30-inch Class 200 pre-stressed concrete cylinder (PCCP) pipe by boring and tunneling methods.
