Completed in 2001 by American Bridge, the Winter Park Canal Wall Replacement project involved installing 4,600 linear feet of sheet pile walls to replace deteriorated wood walls in the Fern and Venetian canals. The work included clearing, demolition, sheet pile installation, wooden boat bumper installation, and site restoration. The walls, primarily cantilever type, ranged from 13-18′ deep with some tie-back installations.
