Completed in 2003 by Southland Contracting, the Wichita County FM 2380 Project consisted of installing approximately 39 linear feet of 72-inch liner plate tunnel, 63 linear feet of 48-inch reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) by jack and bore methods under existing 54-inch water line.
