Completed in 2008 by Southland Contracting, the West Travis County Regional Water Treatment Plant Project consisted of installing approximately 140 linear feet of 54-inch Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) intake tunnel with screen into Lake Travis utilizing Port-a-Dam system setup.
