Completed in 2014 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Water and Wastewater Main Replacements in Mid-East White Rock Drainage Area (Ferris Branch Phase 3) project consisted of approximately 40, 096 linear feet of various size pipelines ranging from 8-inch water and wastewater mains to 36-inch, wastewater main. Installation of manholes, and related appurtenances. Removal and replacement of 2,940 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 875 square yards of concrete sidewalk, 467 square yards of concrete driveway, 2,425 square yards of 8-inch paving with flowable base. Approximately 34,170 square yards full width remove and overlay asphalt paving with black base, fencing, landscape and general site restoration. Traffic control and certified flagging service for work located in the streets.
