Completed in 2022 by American Bridge, the Washington State Convention Center Addition project involved constructing a 1.5 million square-foot expansion, doubling the facility’s capacity. The $1.7B Summit includes a ballroom, exhibit hall, and flex space. American Bridge, as a subcontractor to Clark/Lewis Joint Venture, supplied and erected 22,000 tons of structural steel, 1.4 million square feet of metal decking, pre-engineered metal stairs, buckling restrained braces, and miscellaneous metal items.
