Completed in 2019 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Waller Creek Tunnel Project: 8th Street Creek Inlet Facility Project consisted of a creek side inlet and debris screening structure within the east bank of Waller Creek, an ecological weir structure, utility relocations, landscape, construction of an access drive and multi-use concrete trail, and site improvements.
