Completed in 2023, the US 60 Bridge Over Cumberland River project consisted of installation of structural steel for truss bridge, to include installation of disc expansion bearings and disc fixed bearings. The new bridge has a 40-foot wide, two-lane deck, 12-foot driving lanes, 8-foot shoulders and a 700-foot, 2,800-ton truss that will provide ample clearance for most farm equipment to cross without stopping oncoming traffic.
