Corporation, the Universal Studios – SLRC Property Master Plan Site Development project consisted of the full site development starting with the demolition of existing streets and infrastructure, buildings, and concrete structures. Scope of work included clearing; grubbing; erosion/sedimentation control; mass earthwork/fine grading; stormwater management systems; roadways/alleyways; parking facilities; sidewalks; all gravity & pressure utility systems; lift stations; electrical ductbank; grassing & sodding; retention ponds and wetland relocation.
