Completed in 2003 by Johnson Bros. Corporation, Universal Studios – SLRC Property Master Plan Site Development project consisted of the full site development of 1,800 acres of Lockheed Martin property starting with environmentally contaminated property. Additional scope of work included clearing; grubbing; erosion/sedimentation control; mass earthwork/fine grading; storm water management systems; wetlands mitigation with planting; roadways/alleyways; parking facilities; sidewalks; all gravity & pressure utility systems; lift stations; electrical ductbank & roadway lighting; fencing; rip rap rubble; bridges; engineered backfills of unstable areas. This project had 2.6 million cubic yards of embankment used and 180 acres of ponds.
