Completed in 1955 by American Bridge, the Umatilla Bridge, Eastbound I-82, Umatilla, OR project consisted of a cantilevered truss bridge carrying I-82 Eastbound over the Columbia River. The steel superstructure includes two 600′ suspended spans, a 120′ center span, and a total length of 3,380′, including the plate girder approaches.
