Completed in 2003 by Southland Contracting, the Treated Water Transmission Main, Section 5 Project consisted of approximately 308 linear feet of 60-inch casing pipe by jack and bore methods and approximately 68 linear feet of 18-inch casing pipe by jack and bore methods.
