Completed in 2020 by American Bridge, the Third Street Bridge Rehabilitation in San Francisco included structural, mechanical, electrical, and control repairs, along with cleaning, painting, and fender system restoration. To minimize traffic impacts, AB engineered a temporary platform and scheduled closures overnight. The project received multiple awards, including the San Francisco Public Works Project Team of the Year and the IPI Partnered Project Ruby Level Award.
