Completed in 1965 by American Bridge, the Plaza Tower and Annex project consisted of fabricating and erecting a 44-story office building with an irregularly shaped 131′ x 176′ 18-story base supporting a rectangular 81′ x 99′ tower for floors 1944. The 510′ tall structure includes a ground floor, eight levels of parking, and nine levels of office space in the base.
