Completed in 1964 by American Bridge, the Texas Commerce Tower (First National Bank) project consisted of fabricating and erecting a 55-story office building with three basement levels, a six-story base measuring 200′ x 405′, and a 46-story tower section measuring 94′ x 220′. Columns were welded box sections.
