Completed interior demolition and reconstruction of 10,000-square-feet of high-end retail space located in the heart of Downtown Disney. The project focused on implementation of specialty finishes, millwork, lighting and dimming systems, upgraded HVAC and sprinkler systems. A second contract was for repainting the exterior of the building. The project had an extremely aggressive schedule and required coordination with all of the stakeholders within Downtown Disney to minimize any conflict and inconvenience to their guests.
