TBTA Bridge Hardening Projects

Completed in 2011 by American Bridge, the TBTA Bridge Hardening Projects involved structural hardening of the RFK, Bronx-Whitestone, and Throgs Neck Bridges in New York City. Work included cable protection with anti-ballistic material, tower reinforcements, and traffic maintenance, with a total value of $131.3M. All personnel underwent background checks and daily security clearances.
