Completed in 2004 by Southland Contracting, the State Highway Improvement, IH 35/FM 407 Interchange Project consisted of installing approximately 71 linear feet of 48-inch Class IV reinforced concrete pipe (RCP) by jack and bore methods and 22 linear feet of 48-inch Class V RCP by jack and bore methods.
