St. Petersburg Marina Rehabilitation

Completed in 2007, the St. Petersburg Marina Rehabilitation project involved structural repairs to an existing pier, including deck replacement, concrete spall and column encapsulation, and pile jackets. Utility upgrades included electrical, cable, water, and fire systems. The project also replaced fuel dispensing systems with twin 6000-gallon tanks and pumps, and refurbished five buildings (two over water and three landside). The marina remained operational throughout construction.
