Completed in 2008 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Southside II Water Transmission Main Part 1 project consisted of approximately 7,770 linear feet of 54-inch pipe, 135 linear feet of 48-inch, 50 linear feet of 16-inch, 379 linear feet of 78-inch casing pipe by tunneling, manholes and related appurtenances, concrete paving and site restoration. Pigging method was utilized for pipeline cleaning. Traffic control, barricades and flagging service for all work associated within the roadways and railroad.
