Completed in 2015 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the South Interceptor Force Main Project – Section A and Section B Project consisted of two sections. Section A consists of 20-inch, 36-inch, 48-inch and 64-inch force mains, concrete valve vaults, manholes for gravity sewer, two concrete diversion structures, removal and replacement of 10-inch-thick concrete streets. Section B consists of 15,800 linear feet of 64-inch force main, concrete valve vaults, and related appurtenances, asphalt paving, 8 new In-flow meters and associated electrical work at Missouri Ave. lift station. Traffic control and flagging services for work associated within the street.
