Completed in 2004 by Southland Contracting, the South Austin Wastewater Treatment Plant Facility Project consisted of the installation of approximately 140 linear feet of 96-inch tunnel liner, 140 linear feet of 60-inch tunnel liner, and 43 linear feet of 54-inch tunnel liner.
