Completed in 2007, the Solivita West Phase 5 – Site Development project consisted of the full site development starting with virgin property. The scope of work included clearing; grubbing; erosion/sedimentation control; mass earthwork/fine grading; stormwater management systems; wetlands mitigation with plantings, roadways/alleyways; parking facilities; sidewalks; all gravity and pressure utility systems; lift stations; elect ductbank & Roadway Lighting. This project consisted of approximately 155,000 cubic yards of excavation.
