Bridge replacement project that consists of constructing a new bridge located South of the existing structure. Scope of work includes demolition and removal of existing bridge, clearing and grubbing, excavation, base work, drilled shafts 5 to 11-foot in diameter, steel piling, 2,001 tons of fabricated steel plate girders, cast-in-place concrete formwork and installation of various precast elements. Additional work includes various asphalt/concrete paving, guardrail installation, retaining wall, navigational lighting, signage, traffic control, and erosion control.
