Completed in 2005, the Baldwin Park Development Unit 7 project consisted of the major roadway and bridge construction of flyover bridge at I-4. The bridge project is the access to the 2,300 Acre residential community and resort. The work included maintenance of traffic (MOT); stormwater management systems; excavation; drainage; underground utilities; mass grading and embankment; MSE walls; piling; steel girders; sub and superstructure; guardrails; curb and gutters; shoulder drains with structure; sodding; etc.
