Completed in 2026 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Red River Valley Water Supply: Transmission Pipeline East project consisted of installing steel water pipeline, trenchless creek/river crossing and trenchless gas line crossing. Scope of work includes clearing and grubbing, grading, excavation, installation of 43,000-feet of 72-inch diameter steel water pipeline, pipeline appurtenances, two 96-inch diameter trenchless creek/river crossings, topsoil and subsoil segregation and stockpiling for pipe installation, pipeline corrosion protection system, and erosion control.
