Pyramid Power Plant Penstock

Completed in 1979 by American Bridge, the Pyramid Power Plant Penstock project consisted of erecting 1,335 LF of 12′ diameter and 165 LF of 8′ 8″ diameter penstock with one “Y” branch. The penstock featured welded joints and was hydrotested, with wall thicknesses ranging from 1 1/16″ to 7/8″. Total steel weight was 1,257 tons.
