Completed in 2008, the Project Strong Arm consisted of the demolition of the existing structures to create a new footprint for venue. All work from anchor bolts down. The scope of work included clearing & grubbing, mass grading, underground utilities-sewer-water- fire water- chilled water, gas, paving, foundations, pier footings, temporary fencing.
