Completed in 1999 by American Bridge, the Poseidon Wharf Repairs project involved converting a Navy submarine dock into a general-purpose dock. Work included demolition, pile driving, structural steel and concrete repairs, new fender installation, bollard reconditioning, and mechanical and electrical upgrades. New fender blocks were constructed below water using watertight forms and pumped concrete for structural support.
