Completed in 2015, the Port Improvements, Northern Expansion Phase II, Slip C, Part A, Bulkhead project consisted of the excavation/embankment of approximately 48,000 Cubic yards of site materials, installation of 786 foot by 70 foot long Timber Piles (55,020 linear feet), installation of 894 foot by 60 foot long 12-inch Precast Concrete Pile (53,640 linear feet), installation of 1,400 linear feet of 75 foot long AZ-28-700 sheet pile and 1,600 linear feet of 70 foot long AZ-36-700N sheet pile fabrication of 3,000 linear feet of 14-inch Steel Pipe Bumper, installation of 3,000 linear feet of a sheet pile waler and Dywidag tie rod system, installation of 60 foot by 70 foot long 24-inch steel Moring Bollards, placement of 32,400 Tons of aggregate surfacing, and placement of 2,836 Cubic yards of Concrete for 46 Deadmen Units.
