Poinciana Blvd Phase 2

Completed in 2010, the Poinciana Blvd Phase 2 Project consisted of urbanizing existing 2 lane to 4 lane to upgrade the county’s master transportation plan using the CM@Risk process. This 2.62-mile project was built in phases to accommodate existing traffic. Johnson Bros. scope included Earthwork, Pond Excavation, Type B Stabilization, Limerock Base, Demucking and Above Ground Removals. Also installed the complete storm drainage system for the entire roadway system and relocated any conflicts with existing utilities.
