Pier 7 Naval Station

Completed in 2005 by American Bridge, the Pier 7 Naval Station project involved constructing a 456m by 28m double-deck berthing pier supported by 400 concrete cylinder piles. The lower deck is made of precast concrete panels with cast-in-place infill, while the upper deck is supported by cast-in-place columns and beams. The pier includes essential services like shore power, fuel, and water lines. The project also involved constructing 191m of new concrete sheet pile bulkhead, installing fendering systems, and demolishing two old berthing piers, removing 400,000 cubic meters of material.
