Completed in 2005 by American Bridge, the Pier 12 Demolition project involved demolishing and disposing of an existing pier, including wood pile and deck removal, underwater debris removal, asbestos abatement, utility and tunnel removal. The project also included installing a new bulkhead wall with precast piling, concrete bulkhead construction, and apron work.
