Completed in 1972 by American Bridge, the Perris Dam Outlet Works project consisted of the fabrication, transportation, and installation of 1,600 feet of 12-foot diameter tunnel liner inside a rock tunnel for the Inland Feeder – Lakeview Pipeline project at Perris Dam.
