Completed in 2010, the Osceola Parkway Phase 1 & 1A project consisted of urbanizing existing 2 lane to 4 lane to upgrade the county’s master transportation plan using the CM@Risk process. The scope of work included: underground utilities, dewatering, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, water, structures, retention ponds, MSE walls, flex paving, Asphalt, landscaping and cast-In-place (CIP) concrete barrier walls. All work performed under phased MOT and signalization. Also Relocated 24″ TOHO Watermain.
