Completed in 2001 by American Bridge, the Orange County Convention Center Foundations project involved 38,000CY of concrete for 800 footings, continuous footings, and 3,000LF of box tunnel. The work included 4,800 tons of reinforcing steel, 250,000CY of excavation and backfill, and was completed ahead of schedule. Minority and women-owned businesses contributed over 50%.
