Completed in 2003 by Southland Contracting, the Northgate & Rochelle Line Relocations – 20” Waterline Project consisted of installing approximately 100 linear feet by jack and bore for 24-inch steel casing pipe for 12-inch HDPE Water line, 40 linear feet by jack and bore for 24-inch steel casing pipe for 12-inch sewer line, and 40 linear feet by jack and bore for 36-inch steel casing pipe for 20-inch RCCP water line.
