Completed in 2006 by Southland Contracting, the New Hope Road Improvements & New Hope 78/72″ Water Line Alternate Project consisted of installing approximately 282 linear feet of 90-inch tunnel for 72-inch water line with liner plate installed by hand mine and 126 linear feet of 90-inch tunnel for 72-inch water line with steel casing installed by hand mine.
