Completed in 2021 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Memorial Drive Paving and Drainage Improvements Project consisted of the reconstruction from North Kirkwood Drive to North Eldridge Parkway. Scope of work included reconstructing four lane divided concrete roadway with curbs and gutters, sidewalk, bike lanes, raised medians, installation of new water, sewer and drainage systems, including manholes and related appurtenances.
