Medical District Water Distribution System Improvements, Part 4 – South Holly Water Treatment Plant to the Medical District

Completed in 2012 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Medical District Water Distribution System Improvements, Part 4 – South Holly Water Treatment Plant to the Medical District Project consisted of the installation of approximately 2,480 linear feet of 42-inch waterline, 368 linear feet of 36-inch waterline, 2,270 linear feet of 30-inch water line, 1,480 linear feet of 12-inch waterline and 1,380 linear feet of 8-inch waterline. 1,280 linear feet of sanitary sewer, 50 linear feet of 12-inch sanitary sewer line, 660 linear feet of 10-inch sanitary sewer line and 130 linear feet of 8-inch sanitary sewer line. Traffic control and flagging service for work associated near the medical district, which is a high traffic area. Removal and replacement of asphalt and concrete paving.
