Meadow River Bridge

Completed in 1994 by American Bridge, the Meadow River Bridge project involved erecting a 1,200′ six-span bridge, including a 1,050′ continuous deck truss with a 400′ mainspan. The truss was erected using a crawler crane, and the flanking spans were supported by AB cableway towers. AB also erected the girder span approaches, inspection walkway, floorbeams, and stringers, with a total erected weight of 1,800 tons.
