Completed in 2014 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Magnolia Storm Water Force Main – Phase 1 Project consisted of the installation of approximately 4,500 linear feet of 60-inch diameter forcemain in sandy soils. Construction of two TXDOT ROW tunneled crossings at Paisano Drive & State Highway 20, and Alameda Drive and State Highway 20, which required specific traffic control plans and certified flagging service. Installation of 12 manway assemblies, removal and replacement of 16,680 square yards of 4-inch asphalt pavement on 6-inch flexbase subgrade of asphalt concrete pavement.
