Completed in 2001 by Southland Contracting, the M390 DOE#1840 Project consisted of installing approximately 1,030 linear feet of 42-inch by Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM), approximately 2,457 linear feet of 36-inch by TBM, and approximately 318 linear feet of 8-inch by bore methods.
