Completed in 2006 by American Bridge, the LIRR Locomotive Turntable Rehabilitation involved inspecting and replacing the center bearing of a 95-ton, 1908-era turntable at the Morris Park Yard. The work, completed 36 hours ahead of schedule, was performed under a 96-hour closure with Parsons Brinckerhoff as design subconsultant.
