Completed in 2004 by Oscar Renda Contracting, the Leon Creek, Salado Creek and Dos Rios WRC Modifications Part “B” project consisted of many different components such as 2,378 linear feet of 90-inch Hobas pipe, 149 linear feet of 78-inch Hobas pipe, 710 linear feet of 66-inch Hobas Pipe, 710 linear feet of 60-inch Hobas Pipe by slip lining, five vaults and electrical/mechanical modifications to the waste water recycling center.
