Knights Key/Pigeon Key bridge

Completed in 1911 by American Bridge, the Knights Key/Pigeon Key Bridge project consisted of the manufacture and fabrication of a 75-span railroad bridge for Henry Flagler’s Overseas Railroad of the Florida East Coast Railway. The bridge length was 5,970 feet, with a total weight of 3,126 tons.
