Jim Falls Hydroelectric Plant

Johnson Bros. was the prime contractor responsible for fast-track construction of a new 44-Mwhydroelectric powerhouse. The work consisted of pouring 82,000 cubic yards of concrete and placing 8 millon pounds of reinforcement steel. We also self-performed all dewatering, construction of the bridge crane and the draft tube steel. The project was constructed in 22 months at a lump sum price.
