Completed in 2004 by Southland Contracting, the Jacking, Boring, or Tunneling Pipe Segment 1, Section 1 Project consisted of installing approximately 160 linear feet of 30-inch steel pipe, 80 linear feet of 36-inch steel pipe, 180 linear feet of 48-inch steel pipe, 64 linear feet of 48-inch steel pipe, and 64 linear feet of 60-inch steel pipe.
